Stay Alive (2006)

We decided we were in the mood for a "scary" movie last weekend. So we settled down in the bedroom to watch Stay Alive - a thriller from 2006.

Here is the plot:
A cursed game sets out to murder all players in the manner in which they die in the game. A handful of 20-something gamers set out to avenge the death of their friend by trying to figure out how to end the curse before they run out of players.

There was some criticism that the movie wasn't very good - but my twisted mind found it easy to follow and easy to actually enjoy. It was kind of freaky to think about whawt technology can do (of course, the cursed game had nothing to do with technology - but there were some technological advancements mentioned in the film that were pretty intriguing.)

Overall - I found it enjoyable. It was reminiscent of The Ring, but the premise was nowhere near the same.
