Why will the scale not budge?!
I have actually gained. Partially attributed to muscle mass gain, I'm sure. But wtf?! I do notice that, although the scale says I'm heavier; my pants still fit well... so I am not adding girth to my mid-section.
That doesn't distract me from the fact that the numbers keep going up. I hope that they start going down again soon... because this whole weight loss game is starting to get frustrating. I want the chance to celebrate loss... I earned it, throw me a bone here!
