
My challenge to myself this week is as follows:
Exercise:
Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred - in the morning; which means I have to get up earlier. (I'm not really fond of this idea, but I need to shave off some pounds, and it's not going to happen by itself).
Either a walk with the dog, a Gazelle jog, or Wii Active exercise in the evening. (Or, if I'm really lucky and can find a decent bike for a good price, a bike ride...)
Eating:
Just continue trying to watch portion sizes and eat healthy options.
My Goal:
I want to try to lose 15 pounds by the end of June. Barring any complications (i.e. pregnancy, broken limbs, illness, etc), this should be attainable if I can behave myself and eat properly.
Next Week:
I begin the C25K program. I'm excited... we'll see how well I do with it.
