Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred - Day 1

My muscles hate me after that workout... yet that is the best workout I have done in quite a while! Jillian introduces you to a 3-2-1 approach to exercise that she assures will get results. Start with a warmup... then two circuits of the following exercises: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs.... then a cool down and stretch.

After Day 1 - I definitely felt discomfort in the muscles all over my body. But I still went ahead and took the dog for a walk that evening (that always helps with getting the muscles to stretch out for me).

I'm excited to see where this will go.... no pain, no gain! Let's just hope that I won't start gaining weight... LOL.
