So I woke up today... and thought "This could be interesting. Is this euphoria some have mentioned of little to no pain going to be reality?" And I decided to try my workout and test the theory.
Another 20-minute workout with Jillian and her buddies. My endurance was a bit better. I was able to do more push-ups today (still don't like them at all, but I did them)... and I was able to do a little better with jump rope -- though it's still very tough on the second little 1 minute blast.
I finished my workout, showered, and left for work (I work early today and tomorrow). I got downtown and ended up walking from my parking spot to work (almost 2/3 of a mile). So far, no pain... my body has adapted to the new routine - YAY!!!!!
