Progress Report

Denise Austin's Daily Dozen - week one is halfway over... so far I've been pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been.

I make my meals... and follow the instructions to the best of my ability. I work in the exercise and extra exercise to help boost the weight loss. So far, with just two days completed, I have shaved off 4 pounds! YAY!!

So many things change so fast... I've settled to hold on tight and enjoy the ride!
