Lifestyle Changes

The ever-lasting search for diet/lifestyle change options is on again. I have been somewhat successful in getting exercise back in my life... now I want to get the diet reigned back in. Since the hubby has a business trip to Jacksonville next week, it will be a perfect time to reign myself in and get my portions back under control.

My plan is to make an attempt to stick to a 200-250 calorie breakfast, 200-250 calorie lunch, 400-500 calorie supper and 3 100 calorie snacks. That should be around 1300 calories... and then a healthy bout of exercise (I have been doing a 20-minute Gazelle burst each evening to get back into the swing of things, I plan on upping that to 30 minutes and then doing some sort of 30-minute bout of exercise in the morning if I can drag myself out of bed.)

So... this shall start Sunday.
