Last night I started the "6 Week Challenge" on my Wii Active. The first 24-minute workout wasn't so bad, it was a nice full-body workout, at least. I liked that it was set up to do a scheduled routine. So, Mon/Tues you work out, Wed is off, Thurs/Fri you work out.
Of course, you can change this if you like, but I figured I could do other types of working out on the off days if I so choose. I do have to say the workout was a challenge. It had some elements that were difficult to operate, I might have to actually watch the workout suggestion video when I return for day two tonight.

A little bit different... maybe not so much.
So many things change so fast... I've settled to hold on tight and enjoy the ride!
