Where did the weekend go?

Ah, the weekend has ended and Monday has again dawned... and we are all left wondering where the weekend went. I, for one, am right there with the masses - it seems that the weekend just didn't last as long as last week lasted.

The weigh in on Saturday was alright - at least I didn't gain anything. I have a goal. I want to lose 15 pounds by the first part of June. Why? I have a wedding to attend in September and I want to buy myself a new dress.

So, here is the plan:

Part 1: Eat better (which seems to be a difficult path for me for some reason). I digress, it's not eating better that gets me, it's portion sizes. I just need to learn to measure things out and stick to the measurements.

Part 2: Exercise more consistently. I just need to come up with a plan and schedule it in. I need to make exercise more of a priority.

So, there it is... eat better and exercise more. That's pretty much what any decent weight loss regimen boils down to, isn't it?
