It always seems the weekend flies by us at warp speed.
We had friends over Saturday night for Breakfast for Dinner 2010. That was awesome... pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh cut melon and juice/coffee. One of our friends actually commented they thought we were joking when we said we were having breakfast... HA, that's what you get for thinking!!
We also went on a walk downtown and saw the ice sculptures that were in place for the Social Ice event. The work that goes into those just amazes me... and the ice bar was awesome... albeit slow to help patrons. There were a couple of ice sculptures that were broken down on the south end of downtown... I don't know why people are bent on damaging things.
Sunday was a run around day for us. We went to the home show to get some pricing on fireplaces... as that is one of the enhancements we want to make to our house soon. That was interesting.
This morning, I was getting prepared to take my shower and turned the water on in the shower. Bella, being her curious self, went and jumped up on the side of the tub and fell right in. She wasn't terribly happy for a while... but I made sure she was alright before getting ready for work.
Hopefully everyone has a great week...

A little bit different... maybe not so much.
So many things change so fast... I've settled to hold on tight and enjoy the ride!

Ooh, that fresh cut melon sounds good right now. What a fun idea to have a full breakfast for a dinner.
I wish you lived closer, I wouldn't mind having you over.
