Where did the weekend go?

Holy crow, it's Monday already? It seems like just last night I went to sleep and it was Friday night. Did I get into a time warp or what?

The weekend was busy, as always. But at least we accomplished A LOT! We got the extra love seat out of downstairs and took it to our friend's house, cleaned the garage so we could put the stuff that was temporarily being stored in the upstairs sitting room out there pending purchase, and cleaned the house thoroughly.

The upstairs furniture was purchased, they are awaiting closing on their new home. hopefully that will either be today or Thursday and they will then pick up the furniture. I cleaned my office and rearranged some things and cleaned the closet in the spare bedroom downstairs (there are still some tweaks needed in that closet, but I at least got it to a state significantly better than the prior state.)

So, the clean and organize project continues. I would like to get my house nice and organized over the next 2-3 weeks so that, should my family decide to visit soon, everything is set before the visit and all I have to do for preparation is some regular touch up cleaning.

I suppose all of this can be classified as spring cleaning... even though the reason that started it all had nothing to do with cleaning.
